The Firehouse Inn takes Coronavirus seriously. We have taken extraordinary efforts to clean our facility and keep both guests and staff safe.
We make every effort to limit contact between staff and guests while continuing to provide excellent service by:
- Touches Check-In
- Providing guests with personal sanitizer spray as well as making it available throughout public areas
- Serving our hot breakfast on trays if requested to eliminate personal contact and provide a choice of eating areas.
- Self serve linen.
Deposit Policy
All reservations are guarenteed with a credit card. Your card will be charged for the full amount of your stay on the day of your cheek-in unless other arrangements are made. (Events and large groups will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking. 30%is due 2 weeks before the event. The balance of the invoice must be paid before check-in.)
Cancellation Policy
The Firehouse Inn is a small business and cancellations have the ability to affect our business. We ask our guests to be considerate with their change of plans. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may be charged the full amount of the reservation unless alternate accommodation dates are made. Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. Exceptions may be made in cases of sickness or emergency.
Pets
We welcome our pet guests. There is a $25.00 one time charge per pet, per stay.
Pets left unattended must be crated for their own safety in case fire or other unforeseen emergencies. We reserve the right to request that any pet that is disturbing other guests be removed from the premises immediately. Damages will be charged to the credit card on file.
